Carton erectors from Mercer Technologies are precision designed, engineered and manufactured from stainless steel with some industrial nylon components. Carton erectors can be servo-operated with electronic size changing.

Low, medium and high volume carton/case erectors can satisfy a variety of applications, from entry level carton erectors providing 10 cartons per minute to equipment providing over 25 cartons per minute for high-speed, high-production applications.

The machines are compact and space saving, fully automatic, incorporates a high speed hot-melt glue applicator and combines simplicity of use with flexibility. The flexibility of the erector is such that a number of options are available for the magazines supplying the cardboard blanks, both with respect to the quantity of different magazines and location on the erector.

The machines are easy to operate and depending on the model, may adjust easily for different carton sizes. The compact designs allow easy installation into a new or existing production line.

High Speed Tray Erector

Ideal for applications requiring medium volumes of trays at constant supply speeds. Options include automatic pallet replacement attachment for infeeding of new blanks. Machine uses blanks direct from pallets.

Tray Erector - Junior

FOR ERECTING TRAYS AT MODERATE SPEEDS. A TWO STAGE LINE FOR ERECTING DOUBLE FOLDED (and glued) CORNER POST TRAYS.

Ideal for applications requiring low volumes of erected trays. All folding and gluing is carried out on the AiCO erector. No pre-gluing or folding required.

Cartons of multiple heights can be erected automatically at will and without adjustment. Features include automatic ability to erect variable heights and AiCO reliability.

Frozen and Chilled Carton Erector (Multiple Heights)

For erecting both chilled and frozen meat cartons. A two stage in-line glue system erector for erecting double side wall chilled cartons, and pass through for Frozen cartons. Ideal for applications requiring high speed volumes of erected chilled and frozen meat cartons. One Machine to fulfill the requirements by both chilled and frozen cartons.
