Mercer Technologies ability to offer customers solutions to assist them is confirmed again in the design and manufacture of a 20Kg cheese block return.

Cheese blocks that are rejected or taken out of the process line for a number of reasons, can now be re-processed.

The block is returned to the cheese line by being extruded through the cheese block return system supplied by Mercer Technologies.
