 Originally manufactured in 1970 to vacuum pack 14” long
x 11” wide x 7” high x 20Kg cheese blocks for the dairy
industry in New Zealand. Reliable vacuum chamber
technology was almost non-existent when the first
BetaVac™ was tested. As PLC and HMI technology has
advanced over the years, BetaVac’s™ features have been
improved and ultimately refined to the market leader it
has become today.
Over 150 BetaVac™ vacuum packaging
machines are now installed in cheese making plants
throughout the world. The BetaVac™ is fast becoming the
industry standard.
- All BetaVac’s™ can be supplied as
either a left hand or right handed
machine.
- All models have water cooled and
height adjustable seal bars and
anvils. To minimise downtime a spare
seal bar is supplied with each
machine.
- The BetaVac™ requires a 630 m3/hr
vacuum pump which can be supplied
on request.
